Please Read ALL the details! This includes the Chassis Rails, motor plate and steering servo mount.
In an effort to provide a more complete setup ðŸ¤
HOT ROD chassis rails, Laser cut mild steel, raw (fully weldable)
Servo mount (MJF printed nylon 12)
Motor Plate (MJF printed nylon 12) kit is designed for rc4wd (only) scale r4 TCI transmission Plate allows you to use any printed, or the ssd scale engine
new V2 Hot Rod body (in ABS) now with
-rear inner fenders
-full firewall
-PLA floor pan with molded fuel tank(offering tons of space for electronics and interior placement)
-Magnet mounts for body to floor (rare earth magnets included)
Hot Rod Chassis kit is required for this setup, it is made to fit directly to the contour of the frame rails. (Chassis kit included)
Assembly is the same as the V1 Hot Rod chassis, except the tail mount of the transmission(RC4wd RC TCI scale trans only) and the rear support crossmember are not needed. The floor pan bolts directly to the chassis rails.
The INCLUDED magnets snap into place and some E6000 type glue is recommended to hold them.
The rest of the chassis and suspension is the same as the previous V1 instruction video shows. (I will be making new instructional content)
Grills are still being designed for this platform, looking at 2 options that will include front shock mounts, as well as still able to accomodate the traxxas factory five hot rod premade grills (without shock mounts)
You are only getting the ABS 5 window body V2, PLA print base plate and 8 Rare earth magnets to attach the two pieces and the steel chassis rails with motor plate and servo mount.
Body comes raw print, no hardware included.
Recommended for ages 16 and up, more advanced rc engineers.

Starting back over 8 years ago I got bored with my scale crawlers and decided to think outside the kit and create my own realistic Rat Rods. Finally after years of designing and building custom cars on YouTube, I am excited to bring some products out to all of you to help you on your custom RC journey!
